Kaylen's Kastle, Inc. A company registered both in the United States and the Philippines, is seeking funding sources and investors to finance our project. We are currently on the mobilization stage and aggresively seeking business partners.

The Project:
Kaylen's Kastle Inc. Intends to construct a modern-day castle (preferably with features of the renaissance era), to which shall include a revolutionary concept of movie theater (e.g. full-meal dining while watching, cigar room, provision for sofa/recliner). There will be 16 theaters, (1 theater with 1,200 seats...2 theaters with 1,000 seats...2 theaters with 750 seats...11 theaters with 550 seats). There will be 9 full service restaurants with international cuisines, all controlled and owned by Kaylen's Kastle, wine cellar,32 premier suites,64 retail shops, art gallery, convention rooms, and more...

We would cater the upper and middle class segment, local and international tourists, filipino workers and immigrants visiting back the philippines, however we shall also cater the lower segment of the society with especialized services according to their budget.

Land:
The project location will be in the Philippines, we are currently conducting ocular inspection on possible sites within the ncr. The location is being given high consideration as the price ranges from $12 to $1,200 per square meter. Our budget for the land is $10,000,000.

We are planning to acquire no less than 10 hectares of real estate property. Of course if we can get as much as possible at a lower rate of raw land, developing it would add value to the property and in itself is an asset. We expect that by mere acquiring the land and developing it would already double (and up to more than 10 times) the value of the land.

Construction:
As we intend to construct a genuine castle, it shall require marbles and granites. We intend to acquire a rock quarry here in the Philippines to ensure a steady supply of marbles and granites so as not to delay construction works (purchasing a rock quarry in itself is acquiring an asset). Our budget for the construction of the castle is up to $20,000,000.

This authentic castle would be the first in the philippines (if not the whole Asia), thus this will become a major landmark and tourist destination.

Hard Equity:
Please be informed that the reason why we are very much interested to construct a "movie house" is because we are currently in the possession of theater and movie equipment (acquired in the united states and has been shipped to the philippines) with an appraised value of $20,000,000 (all these equipment are thx certified, which shall also give us advantage with the existing theaters in the Philippines). Thus, with the aforesaid value of our equipment, we are proposing that we use it as hard equity against the funding.

Therefore, with the above given information, Kaylen's Kastle is interested to secure funding sources and investors for this project.
